OFFSHORE WIND FARM

France’s first offshore wind farm was due to enter service at the end of the year. Located on the Guérande Bank, 12 km off the coast of Le Croisic, the offshore wind farm was then under installation and would soon comprise 80 wind turbines. Located in Saint-Nazaire’s fortified lock, it offers an interactive and entertaining visitor trail, guided tours during the school holidays and discovery cruises in summer.
