Renovation of the villa

For a number of years Denys et Viviane LAFORGE had the opportunity to offer their children wonderful holidays in this pretty villa by the sea. After their departure, David and his wife Guénola took over the house in 2016 and rekindled the youthful flame before opening the doors for the first time to holidaymakers. The 2016 works mainly consisted of : -* Complete paint refurbishment, and interior / exterior coating reinforcement -* Electricity and plumbing -* Heating -* Bathroom and toilet renovation -* Renovation of the kitchen -* New bedding for all the bedrooms -* The bedroom Velux’s on the sea facing side, replaced by dormer windows -* The replacement of all exterior joinery (doors and windows) -* Connection to mains drainage -* External installations (lighting, grounds and lawns, planting, etc.)
