THE PROPERTY

Situated at the foot of the Pointe de Chémoulin, 5 minutes from the market town of Saint Marc, very close to but also sheltered from the crowds at La Baule, the villa spans a wild, quiet, ocean frontage, with no obstacles in the way of full contemplation of the sea.
Nestled on the cliff, the property sits on grounds of 1600 m2, enclosed by walls and secured guardrails. Centennial pines and green oak provide shady areas for some well deserved naps. Access to the coastal path towards the village (5 minutes walk) and the beach (25 meters) is made possible via a pretty oak stepped stairway. Toys and outdoor games, beach paraphernalia, bicycles and landing nets are to be found inside the garden shed ...
Often confused with a Pétanque court, the outdoor parking is found at the entrance to the property and accommodates 4 to 5 cars.
The entrance to the house is via a large room which offers a luminous atmosphere as early as daybreak and is generously furnished with distressed leather armchairs and a welcoming sofa heathered by Madame. The dining area extends the length of the living room with its beautiful 3 meter oak table enabling everyone to slide into place thanks to its two wide and comfortable long-benches. Sharing family or friendly meals can take place here right in front of the sea ! Just opposite in the wine cave there are some rather pleasant surprises, and at the other end there is a lovely kitchen, newly and perfectly equipped... The kitchen has been renovated American style, so there’s no getting away for the chef !
Only two bathrooms ? Some people could say that ... well yes, but so as not to overload them, the 4 upstairs bedrooms each have their own WC/washrooms !
With 2 WCs on the ground floor and another on the first floor, the layout of the house has been completely redesigned for best circulation and optimal comfort.
Outside, the parasols serve to protect during the day and outdoor lighting discreetly illuminates evening meals on a beautiful, huge teak table. The chef will always find inspiration from the plancha, with sea views for encouragement !
Chairs, coffee tables, deckchairs, loungers and ample benches, there is something for everyone, under the porch, on the terrace or in the grounds for an aperitif !
