RATES OF THE VILLA

Rate 2019/2020 :

• 400€ per night - 2 nights minimum
• Week-ends (except school holidays) : 800 € - from Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm
• Long weekend Ascension 2019 (from wednesday to sunday - 4 nights) : 1900 €.
• Long weekend (May 8st/Pentecôte 2020 - 3 nights) : 1500 €.
• Price per week during school holidays (All Saints’ Day, Christmas, and Easter) : 2600 € (1 week minimum)
• Price per week during french school holidays (July and August 2018) : 3700 € (1 week minimum)
• Price per week (others periods) : 2200 €

 

• A laundry / cleaning fee of 190 € is extra.
• A tourist tax is also payable of 15€/per night
• Security deposit : 1500€ (cash, a check cashable in France or Blue Card, Visa, American Express -> just pre authorization...)
